Nimbus had three risk products with three different aesthetics. We unified them into a single product surface that treats severity as a quantitative variable instead of a decorative one — color carries information, never decoration.
Tokens
A token tree mapped from raw values → semantic roles → component slots. Every component in the system reads from semantic tokens only, so the next palette refresh is a single PR.
Restraint is the loudest form of confidence.
Documentation
A documentation site (designed by GDO) sits beside the Figma library. Every component links to a status, a designer-of-record, and an example pattern.
